If hired as a new employee you will be required to print out the Criminal Background Check Privacy Rights, Drug Screen Consent Form, Drug Screen Instructions and New Employee Physical Examination Form. All completed forms will be submitted to the Human Resources Office and become part of your employee file.
Substitute teachers require a drug screen only. All other employee types require both the drug screen and physical examination.
